Movies by Moonlight, Leadership Sandy Springs’ 14th annual series of three outdoor films, is bringing a diverse lineup of flicks to its new home, City Springs.
This year’s series schedule is “Coco” Aug. 24, “The Greatest Showman” Sept. 7 and “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” Oct. 5. The films will be shown on a 30-foot inflatable screen. Admission to each event is free, and food and drinks will be sold. Each night the pre-movie festivities begin at 6 p.m. and the films start at dusk. With one animated movie, one musical and one sci-fi flick, this year’s series may be the most diverse in its history.
Leadership, a nonprofit that develops, educates and connects individuals to lead and bring value to the community, is planning special themed activities before each film is shown.
